Katrina

Lead Optician

​​​​​​​Katrina is the lead optician and office manager at the Lake Mills office. She is dedicated to great patient care and has over 30 years in the optical industry. She is very knowledgeable on lens products and frames that will best serve your visual needs. It is her goal to help you see and look great. In her free time Katrina loves to read, rehabbing furniture into incredible works of art and spending time with her family.

Liz

Optician

​​​​​​​Liz has been an Optician since 2025 bringing with her 19 years of experience in retail and customer service. She focuses on delivering a personalized experience and exceptional service.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, following the NASCAR Cup Series, cheering on the Wisconsin Volleyball team, and attending concerts.

Mary

Patient Care Coordinator

​​​​​​​Mary is one of our dedicated patient care coordinators at our Lake Mills clinic. With 26 years of experience as a pharmacy technician, Mary transitioned to the optical field in 2019, bringing her extensive knowledge and passion for patient care.

Mary and her husband, Scott, have three adult children—one daughter and two sons—and two beautiful granddaughters. In her spare time, Mary enjoys reading, walking, and traveling.

Renee

Patient Care Coordinator

​​​​​​​Renee joined the Madison Olson Eye Care team in 2026 and serves as a Patient Care Coordinator at our Lake Mills clinic. A native of Cottage Grove, Renee brings a genuine passion for people and relationship-building to everything she does.

Known for her warm and welcoming personality, Renee is dedicated to making every patient feel valued, comfortable, and cared for. Her people-centered approach is at the heart of both her professional and personal life, and she loves creating meaningful connections with those around her.

Outside of work, Renee enjoys spending time with her grandkids, scrapbooking, tackling creative “projects,” and traveling. Her enthusiasm for people and life is truly contagious!

Marcia

Office Manager

Marcia is our office manager at Olson Eye Care Waupun. She has over 23 years of optical experience and always strives to provide extraordinary patient care. When you arrive, you will see her welcoming face at the front desk. Marcia also enjoys meeting with our frames vendors choosing unique frames for our office.

She believes in creating long-lasting, caring relationships with the people in the community. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her 3 daughters, trying new restaurants and long walks with her dog Clover.

Rachael

Optometric Technician

Rachael has been working in the optical field as a certified ophthalmic assistant for 8 years. She joined Olson Eye Care in May, following the unexpected passing of her mother-in-law Char, who held the same position at OEC for the past 15 years. Racheal, like Char, is caring, a great listener, and has a passion for helping others.

Rachael was born and raised in Beaver Dam and resides there with her husband Matt, daughter Brinley and their dog Axolot. In her free time, she enjoys exercise, hunting and reading her Bible. Her favorite verse is, “Let everything you do be done with love.” 1 Corinthians 16:14

Paige

Optician

​​​​​​​Paige is excited to join the Waupun team at Olson Eye Care, bringing 10 years of experience in the eye care industry. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their visit, and enjoys building lasting relationships with those she serves.

Paige loves making each patient's experience a positive one. Outside of work, she enjoys getting lost in a good book and spending time relaxing with family and friends. She looks forward to welcoming you to Olson Eye Care and helping you with all of your vision care needs.

Tanya

Patient Care Coordinator

Tanya joined the Olson Eye Care team in 2023. She is a patient care coordinator and also helps in the optical gallery.

Tanya started in the optical field in 2022 and fell in love with providing care and optical services for patients. While being a homemaker, she and her husband have been working as youth leaders for the past 22 years.

Tanya and her husband have 5 children and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, baking, shopping and playing board games. Tanya and her husband also spend a lot of timne volunteering in the community.

Kayla

Patient Care Coordinator

​​​​​​​I have worked in healthcare since 2022 and bring a variety of healthcare experiences to Olson Eye Care. I’m passionate about making sure every patient feels cared for, heard, and welcomed throughout their experience. I believe in creating a positive, friendly environment where everyone feels comfortable and receives the highest level of care.

Outside of work, I enjoy life on our farm with my husband, where I spend time farming alongside him whenever I’m not helping patients. I also love spending quality time with my family, my cats, and my dog. I’m grateful to be part of the Olson Eye Care team and look forward to creating a positive experience for every patient I meet!

Char

Optician

In 2023, we lost Char a vital part of our team. Char was an integral part of our team and served in the same practice for 56 years! Char's caring spirit and love of live will be remembered for years to come at Olson Eye Care. She will be missed but never forgotten.
